I don't think we shareholders will ever know the exact particulars of the recent mgmt change. DOn't know if you saw it posted just a little bit ago, but it appears that Clark is now employed again full-time.

If he resigned this weekend, then it would seem logical that the new job had been in place at the time he left WSGI. Did Clark agree to give some type of "notice" before resigning that would allow the timing of Bocchichio to consider and accept the position? Lots of unanswered questions that again, we may never hear the facts. It is what it is!!

Clark did do several things that helped Sanswire/WSGI get to where they are today -- the doors still open rather than being closed or bankrupted. I think we need to wish Michael Clark good luck, good health and close the chapter of his time as COB.
