The frustrating part of the whole MIKP deal is getting the same parade by Mark over and over again. He makes it look like good things are happening. An example would be ServeNation. And then nothing ever happens.

I see the same parade happening for White Space. All sorts of news out there that Mark wants to share with us concerning White Space. Nothing substantial appears to be happening other than the generic news he is sharing with us.

Mark says that White Space is almost done. Done with the White Space film would be good news for us. What does Mark mean by done. Post Production, etc. Too general of a statement.

I really can't give the man any slack. He has too much already.
No deadline for when the shareholder meeting will be held. No accountability for White Space. No accountability for ServeNation.

Along with that we have a DTC chill hanging over this. No word on that other than we are working on it. To me that is an unsatisfactory reply.

I think in the shareholder meeting with Mark providing it ever happens, we need to hold him accountable and ask him questions that his general statements can distort. Come at him from every possible angle and catch him in his WEB of distortion.

Caught him playing that game more than once.

In 2010 he was proclaiming he had news (a plethora of it) and then the following year in March, he reverses the stock and nothing became of anything Mark talked about.

Another CEO from another company I dealt with did the same thing as Mark is doing now. He always seemed so available. This put up a flag in my head. I then managed one day to pick his brain by calling his office and talking to him. I found out where he was coming by reading between the lines and cautioned several other investors to sell their stock.

I do not think we are at the same stage in the road just yet (with MIKP) but we are moving in that direction (it appears).

Shortly thereafter the CEO from the other comapny did a 10,000 to 1 reverse stock split and no news since. About a year and a half since the last company news.
