There has been POSITIVE dilution. I don't think anyone can disagree with what you are saying. My point to that is to me, it doesn't matter as long as I can see the need for share issuance. There was a need in Q1 to finance business operations. After all, orders only pay for themselves after they are produced. Production costs money thus the need for positive dilution.

The deal with Iron Ridge was a phenomanal deal for cash flow of the business. IMO dilution after this will not be needed becasue there will be cash to pay for operations of the business available to spend. So we are likely sitting at O/S of around 500 Million and I will email Kay to get a better idea of the current share structure. He has not lied thus far so I believe he will give us insight into the current state. When I receive a reply I will offer it to all of you.

It seems that many people on this board want this company to be fortune 500 yesterday when it is simply isn't. The company just does not have millions sitting in the bank to finance changes to their business. The reason a small company like ECDC goes public is to utilize shareholders as a means of financing. It is up to each shareholder to decide whether that financing is acceptable or unacceptable.

Now if I saw evidence that these shares issued were being used to enhance the CEOs personal life (as many penny stock CEOs have done in the past), I would be livid and posting it everywhere I could. The evidence, however, suggests that every penny that comes in from this financing is being used to finance business operations that will in the near future allow the company to show its first quarterly and yearly profits...IMO
