I posted this in March but Patrick O'Leary is on the Greenwood website on the last staff page.

He's also listed on Linkedin as the President.

Lastly, Mr. Donnenfeld would seem like a newer employee from the way that announcement is written and Greenwood appears to not update their site very often (hence why it looks like it was made in 1998). He was named CEO of one company he was in (Advanced Vision Research) back in 2010. He was then named President of Products Ahead, LLC in July of 2011 according to his Linkedin. So really, he's probably not an employee at all and just and associate for Greenwood.

I also found this article regarding the relationship Donnenfeld and Greenwood have had in the past:

Pat O'Leary

Greenwood Group builds businesses. As a consumer products management company for both established and emerging brands, we bring experience, focus and a track record of results. Our immediate infrastructure can take your brands to market from "concept to consumer purchase" across North America. Greenwood Group provides pre-commercialization planning and strategy development, as well as marketing, field sales management, supply chain and data services. With our 400 years of expertise in these disciplines, and successful turnkey systems, we build profitability by increasing sales and decreasing costs. Neil Donnenfeld, senior vice president of global sales and marketing for Advance Vision Research, said this of his company's relationship with Greenwood Group: "Beyond their successful daily account management, the people of Greenwood Group are valued partners in helping develop our business strategies, even utilizing their network of relationships to help us establish critical partnerships with other companies.

And honestly, the statement about 45 million didn't impress me so I wasn't expecting a lot from Mr. Donnenfeld. Especially not when I have family that help build businesses and have helped companies grow to half a billion+ with few employees in a 2-3 yr period (that's their business).
