Hey dude how do you know the new company is going to capitalize on the NOL's which is all we have. How do you know we are not gonna get screwed again like the hundreds of time we have gotten screwed before. What about if someone $#%@& up again and the maximum value of NOL's is not attained? After all that has happened can you garantee we are not gonna get screwed one more time? Did I said screw too many times?
