Yes ... " Note 9. GOING CONCERN " was and is the Bottom Line relating to the status of 15SOF.

Especially this ; ' raising substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern ' This statement was at the time of release ( and probably still is being ignored ) by many on this board. It's probably the most relevant statement the co. ever released & is not a negative opinion from a poster but rather the 'blunt' truth from the co. Overlooked & ignored by many.
