From what I understand The SEC is not enforcing any restrictions and the CEO is working with a law firm to reverse his issues. Since there is no real proof of fraud then he is able to reverse the problems.
I can not find the email I have about the reversal process but it should not take long.
From my understanding if his lawyer does his job right this will begin trading in the 2nd qtr

according to our public records, the SEC has not filed any complaints directly against Cross Atlantic Commodities



This is his saving grace.
Until the SEC decides he commited fraud he can clear up the issue. I think it is like if I charged you with fraud you may not be trusted by others but it doesnt mean you are guilty. The SEC wont do anything unless the feds charge him with securitys fraud and since IMO there is no fraud here it will be ok given time

had a few million tied up here for a long time but it will come back to life
