My Guess: Lack of "New Money"...

Those of us that are familiar with the story AND believe it are already "all in" (and each "holder" has their own definition of that condition) so until the story is picked up by a new wave of buyers, we won't have the demand to "knock out" the supply.

In sheer dollar terms, our daily volume isn't that great. One fund that decides to take a position could knock out all the overhang.

If we grew 50% Q2/Q1 and the share price still languishes, I'll be very surprised... while two quarters does not a trend make, it should be enough to at least draw in the first round of "new money".
