Cacao may be a money maker, but I've heard there is another cash-crop down there too! LOL
I like my coffee strong too, and for many years, just plain black. After my time in Africa though, I got on the sugar thing, because their coffee was pretty much mud .. and then sugar & cream about three or four years ago. Now it's Sweet-n-low, and the powdered non-dairy creamer. I can drink coffee any time of day, any season of the year, but I also like my iced tea.
Do you roast your own coffee beans, or sell them right off the trees?
