1.we do 2 crops a yr..one in around july and one around dec..1 picking is 3 times 15 days apart..its all done by hand and they only pick the red ripe berries..
2.the trees are trimmed so they dont grow to hi..so the pickers can get to them..a tree last about 30 yrs..then the tree is cutdown near the ground..and another will grow form it
3.my coffee is not real hi grade..my farm isnt hi enough..are real money crop is cacao..but nicas. good stuff..is real hi grade..the japanese buy a lot of it
4.lots of sugar no cream..not really that strong..but i like real strong coffee
