I've read all that, nyse still served thema note telling them that share price was inadequate. Hence, get your common above a buck in 6 months.

The preferred shares if I remember correctly are convertible to common in the future at like 250 shares which was the .7 share price. Our something like that.

At any rate, every day they stay below a dollar siphons that average of yours down. They need to get this to a buck. And IMO, it's coming. Price is trending up.
