Let's examine the possibility that Clark did NOT leave on his own rather than it was his own choice to leave ......

Since there was 5 members of the board (Clark, Estrella, Pruett)Helo & Jackson) prior to Clark leaving, would the process to remove him be a simple majority vote of 3 to vote him out? If that was the case, then we all know who the 3 were that would have voted to make a change. Perhaps THEY were the ones that were frustrated with the lack of concrete results and they wanted a change!?!?!

I doubt we will ever know the real reason for the change.........
