There was a bit of news this last week that FCCN "sold" a restaurant franchise idea to CEAT.

Franchise Capital Corp. Sells Its Interest in Fit-n-Healthy Market Cafe

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 18, 2005--Franchise Capital Corp. (OTCBB:FCCN) announced today that its board of directors, with the recommendation of the Investment Committee, voted to sell its interest in Fit-n-Healthy Market Cafe. The concept, which was created earlier this year, and in its early stages of development, was sold to Creative Eateries Corp. (OTCBB:CEAT - News) in the amount of the concept’s current liabilities.

Franchise Capital Corp. President & CEO Edward C. Heisler stated, "The sale of Fit-n-Healthy Market Cafe is clearly a win-win for both Franchise Capital and Creative Eateries corporations. For Creative Eateries Corp., this is a great concept for them to grow and develop. Franchise Capital may consider reinvesting in this concept further down the road." Heisler continued by saying, "For Franchise Capital Corp., the sale of Fit-n-Healthy Market Cafe helps the company in its effort to not only relieve it of its liabilities, but in this case the company even made a small profit. It also allows us to focus more on our other four concepts which we believe is more important at this stage for Franchise Capital Corp."

This basically says that Frank Holdraker is CEO of CEAT.
Is it just me or is there something funny about this.
