i haven't read your reference to FCCN. what is the address?

operations seem to be here in az. and canada.

there was a church mentioned when i looked at CEAT's site on

yahoo. don't know how it's connected to that. suspicious...

what do you think?

would that be the spinoff? FCCN?

UGRD said they were selling to their subsidiary, Innovative

Fuel Cell Technology Inc. symbol IFTC. shareholders were to

receive shares of IFTC. have not been able to get any

info on IFTC.
