WOW! A whole 10 million shares authorized for buy back. LOL What a joke. How many millions were poured into the promo fiasco? Like robbing a bank and thinking returning a dollar to try and save face. And with all the wording there is nothing to guarantee that any are actually bought back. Pretty pathetic PR in my opinion. This price action is probably just a bump from another penny stock getting news of a 60M movie contract.
