Now I dug around a bit and the 3 subs of this also filed one of which had sales in the 57 million range if I saw it right..
Now this to me is not a BK stock or firm. This to me is a flat out
Pizzing contest between the bank and how the loan years ago was set up. Thing have changed and I think SMF got tired of getting it up the royal end. So they chose to
Look at the date of the loan Default a month after the Restructuring Fellow steps in..
Now to me this is a series of events that is saying hay we wanted
better terms on our loan Mr.Fat Cat Banker. You will not work with us so now we can play it out in court. I think the risk for the Bank is that another firm may already be lurking in the wings to merge or out right purchase the SMF in the BK leaving the old Loan terms sitting in the dirt and if the bank is not willing to play nice they could end up with no so nice terms of repayment of the Loan they have in place. Have you noticed how non-forging BK Courts are to Banks of Late. Justice may be blind but she still has a nose and Banks have put up quite the stink in the last few years. If I was the Bank in concern I would recalculate the approach on this deal and make it a smooth as possible.
And now they have no idea if penny players get into the game it can really put the whole thing into a new playing field that is if the super DD teams show up ... Anyway that is what I am seeing ..
