Once again, the Chinese puzzle woven by Wm Tien will
be forced upon us. He is in too many companies to count,
I found about 20. This is from an 8-K from 22 July 2010.


Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 16, 2011, Mr. William Tien was appointed to our Board of Directors and as the President of the Company. Coincident with those acts, Mr. Mak resigned as the Company's President but remained with the Company in all other capacities and Mr. Domenic Macchione resigned as a director of the Company.

Mr. Tien (age 50) is an entrepreneur and business consultant serving in officer capacities for various private and public (Australian) entities. Since August 2004, he has been a director of C8R Asia Limited, a Hong Kong based investment firm, which specializing in advising new technology driven businesses on formation, business structures, and business operations. Mr. Tien is the Chairman, President and Principal Financial Officer of Alpha Lujo, Inc., a reporting company under the federal securities laws (OTCBB:ALEV). Mr Tien also is the Chief Financial Officer of Alveron Energy Corp., a reporting company under the federal securities laws (OTCBB:AECP)

Today I received an alert from Stockhaven.com to watch:

ZNTR (0.12) - suspicious activity - ZNTR popped up on our scanner late Friday for trading the highest volume it has recorded in its history. We thought Friday afternoon was an odd time for all of this volume to start trading for no apparent reason. A recent 8K filing has peaked our interest though and we'll be watching ZNTR for more signs of accumulation. If the stock is going to make a move, it likely won't fall back below the $0.08-$0.10 range while a high volume break of $0.15 could usher in momentum. (view chart).

I did some Google map research, and some reading, findings:
Zentric Inc (ZNTR) is going to start selling stock in a solar
farm. President of Zentric, William Tien.

The contract for this Solar Farm is found in the 8-K
dated April 10, 2012, found here:

The contractor named to build these $4 million "valued"
solar farms in Leicester NC, to be called innovative Solar I
and II , each to be built by the contractor for $160,000 on 5A
leased land, is Innovative Systems, LLC, located at 171
Rolling Meadows Rd, Fletcher, NC.
NO SUCH COMPANY OR ADDRESS CAN BE FOUND TO
EXIST !!! Also, the 10-K for Zentric Inc shows it to be in
Ontario, Canada, but the address for the company as a
party to the contract ( the Owner ) gives the Zentric address
as Unit 18, 8040 E. Morgan Trail, Scottsdale AZ. Interestingly
enough, that is the address for EastBridge Investment Group
as shown here:

Zentric Inc. Has been very busy for a company with three
employees, and offices in Canada, Arizona, Australia, and
