LOL, but I do believe there is a convention from time to time called The OTC CEO Convention and that is where all these crooks get aquainted. They no doubt have seminars by firms like Big Apple, etc...and break out sessions by successful stock selling scammer CEO's....titles like:
3:00 NEW DTCC ISSUES AND SURE FIRE WORKAROUNDS
4:00 MANAGING AND R/S WITH A REVERSE MERGER...HOW TO STICK IT TO THEM GOOD
5:00 HOW TO'S OF SUCCESSFUL MANAGEMENT OF PAID STOCK BOARD POSTERS...
6:00 - 12:00 HAPPY HOUR IN THE LOUNGE (Vendor parties afterwards, by invitation)
