Aren't you obviously making the most important point yourself?

The contract has everything to do with the baseband from Infineon, whereas IDCC is getting a partial 'reimbursement' of the royalties that it wasn't getting from APPLE directly, plus the ODM itself which was a MYTH to me?

Anyway the point is that IDCC is not properly reimbursed therefore it is time to re-open the contract on a friendly term with LTE as an incentive? Otherwise IDCC should sent a signal that it would pursuit it via other means.
