Dave you do a great job here no doubt, but how can we trust a company that issued a PR back in Feb stating no more dilution, and then come to find out they have issued 50 M shares in the month and a half since that PR. And not only that, but have blamed "traders" for keeping the stock down, when it fact it was company dilution as shown right in their own filings.

I am not trying to bash here, but would like a solid explanation as to how this occurred. It coincides with everything else they have said the past 3 years. Say one thing, do another. If they cannot live up to even the simplest of non dilution prs, than what can we believe and what can we not?
