Yes it was perceived to be a good contract per Mgmt with the Infineon contribution but it was a short-live one. My gripe was that it was a poorly done/negotiated contract especially for a 07 Years long contract, IDCC should be able to go back to APPLE and ask for a new contract combining a LTE element to it on a friendly term.

IF they can't do that, that alone can justify to fire the entire team of people who were involved, including those who approved that deal. IMO
