Read NOK's public statements. They have said that they will design around IDCC's patents. This is the contempt and hubris they have for IPR in general even though they don't have the lion's share of wireless patents in the marketplace. I'm not saying that they can prove this, but I don't think you can make such statemetns because NOK will make any arguments that they think might work. They even quote this board.
