The AS is not maxed out its halfway there. I also think the other way to look at invest good's argument is he needs the price up to proper valuation levels do he does not need to issue so many shares for the 1 mill. Looking after the shareholder. It's easy to jump at the negative viewpoint that dilution is always bad.
