Libigel is testesterone. No way in hell well at least medically speaking that Libigel will improve cardiovascular events.
What they are referring to are side effects of libigel. Since Libigel is a testestrone for women some side effects --> it will increase your LDL levels (bad cholesterol) and decrease HDL levels (good cholesterol) --> now if you already have high cholesterol it is bad --> increased risk of atherosclerotic plaques --> heart attack.
If your a diabetic, Hypertensive + libigel --> also not a good idea to take libigel. DM+HTN+Cholesterol --> MI waiting to happen if not optimally controlled
One of the reasons why FDA has not improved Libigel is likely because of the cardiovascular side effects (risks likely far outweigh any benefit of the drug). I am not saying that is 100% the reason, but a very plausible reason. Just search side effects of Testesterone
