Yeah I really don't think there is any big conspiracy here. One just needs to look at the filings, the pr that was worded "strange" in Feb, and the dilution that took place here over the winter to see that what it all boils down to is dilution-which is the case with most penny stocks that fall like this has. And while the rate of dilution has slowed, even after that Feb PR the dilution rate is still about 30-40 M a month. That is not chump change. When a stock trades like this has lately, that can put a real cap on the stock price.
