exactly.... we all voted on this r/s back in december and it was approved, then they set the deadline and explained to us why it was necessary. management informed us plenty well ....

investing in stocks is risky stuff people, if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen. if they had not went through with the r/s we would never get out up sub-penny crap. now that our stock is not so diluted the pps will go up when we get some big news which should be happening within the next 6 months.

if you stck holders can't understand this you might want to think about doing something else with your money... just a thought..
