You are right about the shorting for sure, CEOs should talk about it. That said, I saw heavy shorting in certain days so its a partly a reason.
But the main reason is selling out the shares that were given out in compensation or for financing. We had Iron in Dec-Feb, then BMSS seller. These have huge impact on the market midterm. Of course once shorts see there is a heavy seller that doesnt uptick, they go and undercut him on ask and see what comes (as happens with BMSS).
There are a lot of forces on market, its always about supply and demand but analyzing whats behind every part is a bit hard. But from what I saw the really biggest reason to hold off the PPS is selling shares from financing/compensation.
On a positive note, this market managed to eat up most of Iron + that BMSS seller in pretty respectable period of time and we have seen a spike to 1,05 in the middle of these two. So one can clearly see the pressure to the upside.
SIAF could get really big in PPS/valuation once there are no more shares from financing + SIAF posts huge numbers/positive cash flow/pays larger dividend + we list on AMEX/Sweden. That should be a great mix to come.
