Carog, thanks for your input and background details.

1. Not sure if I like to hear that from a CEO. Usually when an OTCBB company CEO starts to speak about shorts being the reason the share price is so low, I'm getting uneasy. No doubt there is some shorting going on but I doubt that they are responsible for the low share price. Usually shorts are targeting big board companies, not companies trading on the OTCBB. I admit the volume on SIAF might make the stock an exception on this. Maybe.

Of course 2 bucks would only be a PE of 3 but as you know that doesn't mean anything for chinese companies trading in the US. So that's not an argument for a higher share price in the near term. You said it's wise to monitor short selling but reality is that on the OTCBB there are no reliable short interest numbers out there. It's not like on the Nasdaq where every 2 weeks the new short interest numbers get published.

2. I realize the difference between basic and fully diluted share count is the 7 (you wrote 10 million but the difference is only 7 million shares) million preferred shares of Solomon. I also realize he doesn't want to convert them and doesn't want to sell them but they are still outstanding so unless he retires them these shares need to be counted when it comes to the valuation of the company IMO. Feel free to disagree with me on this.

3. Thanks for the tax information. That's interesting.

4. In the presentation of the 10k it's written "68 cents EPS basic". That's where the misunderstanding came from this time IMO.

I too think Solomon is shareholder friendly in general. No doubt about that.
