I'd rather not see promoters because I think the MOMO of a merger/acquisition play would be more stable. Groups like APS buy in large and then when they've hit their price point, they bail and leave the stock to die. APS is an exception to this case because of the duration they pump.

All that needs to be done here is announce a legit merger with a good company and that news alone should spike this stock toward .05.
