Nice update! I had practically the same questions sent to IR but as of yet have not recieved an answer.
Two things I learned from the update:

(1) Sale of ASCC assets were worth more then the reported 5 million dollars? Are you kidding me? WOW!!

(2) Apparently the time frame could be much quicker then even a couple weeks for the merger to be complete. COULD HAPPEN AS EARLY AS TODAY? Hmmm... sounds like to me somebody from the company is on their way to Texas.
