As a current shareholder of EVDR.PK, I need a confirmation from either the company or the company's IR on the followings;
1-Is Evader Inc. currently working on a Reverse Merger with a major Gas exploration company in USA?.................... Yes! Sign up to our newsletter and you will get all details.
If so, what is the current status of this merger & is there a time frame on when it will finalized? ....................... Yes can be as soon as today or as long as sometime in May.
2-It is to my knowledge that Evader Inc. has sold its only subsidiary ASCC to an estimated cost of $5 MILLION US dollars or (0.005)/share price of EVDR........................ It was sold higher then that. That was a conservative estimate
Will there be any press release coming anytime soon for this annoucement to make it offical to the public and its shareholders?................... Yes in due time.
3-Is this previously annouced plan still in place to BUYBACK 529 million company O/S shares of EVDR? ................... Yes
If so, when will it begin or has it already begun?................... No, company comments on this.
Will there be any PRs to confirm the current status?................... Yes in due time.
For now the game plan is to communicate via filings and newsletters.
