Why don't you lay out a exhibit of how to file with the SEC, that would guide anyone who wanted to file with them, so the party that wanted to file wouldn't be sending in a joke as you called it. I kind of doubt your joke comment, as the SEC doesn't expect unshophisticated people to make claims like a securities lawyer would make, but a lay persons grievance is all they are supposed to expect.


You I doubt have ever worked for the SEC nor have I, but I can bet that they get more lay person complaints that may not even be written in good english form than they do from SEC lawyers. However since you appear to be well versed in this field give the board a good exhibit of what to say and what form to say it in.
