And with that in mind I will offer this. I generally disappear into hibernation mode when the bashers come in after a down day in one of the stocks I own and await their departure. However, at the request of a few in PM, I can stick around to offer and opinion. Let us look beyond the price of our company for a moment folks. Who cares what happened today? If three tenths of a penny breaks your heart or breaks the bank then I will offer that you are not investing with your head, but instead gambling with it.

Absolutely nothing has changed between 24-48 hours ago and 8:40EST when I write this. Nothing. Our company remains a company coming out of slumber and reemerging into the market place. Did Jeff Reid tell us that this was going to happen over night? Did Jeff Reid promise any of us that this wouldn't take sacrifice, hard work and time on his part? Did he not caution us on the long road ahead on his radio show? Did he not promise to make timely filings and communications to the best of his ability? When he stated the KMAG was reemerging, he actually meant that KMAG was reemerging. I don't think he meant to lead anyone in the direction of thought that KMAG would blow through the roof in day, a week or a month? I don't think he expected to pick up 10 thousand new investors in a day and set the world afire with 5000% gains. Did anyone listen to the man? We certainly know the shorters and bashers roaming the halls didn't They are here for other personal means and potential gains. However, what remains the same is that everything remains the same. We've lost nothing and gained everything folks. We've gained over 300% profitability, we've gained over 100% compared to all the Q's combined. Our cash reserves are building. Our debt is non-existent. Our plan is in place. Our future management team is just around the corner. Our patents are worldwide. The longs, and even the day traders and flippers no the truth; at the very least those that read the facts do. KMAG is on the map. We know that. Three tenths of a penny today, two tenths up the next, 3 tenths down the following. Meaningless when you invest and know what you are investing in. Crippling if you don't.

I am pleased that those who made some profits and went on to the next play shared their success here and contributed as well. They have done us a favor in the long run and allowed us to establish a new base and new trading range, with new investors who, it is my hope, will read the annual report extensively and look to the massive potential for revenue. Airlines, clothing, cellphones, all mentioned as potential candidates for KMAG. All part of the vision; and without vision we have nothing But the longs know and many of us know with our head and our heart that this company, which is not a shell, not a start-up, but a legitimate operative company with distributors, must now stand back on it's feet, dust itself off, shake out the cobwebs and get back to business.

The styles of trading, the manipulations, the discussions and debate, the philosophies espoused by all of us, positive and negative simply lead more investors to investigate what is going on with this company called KMAG. It is called opportunity. Opportunity for us to draw more attention to the company that we invest in and own. I've said it all along. Know it, but own it as well Each of us is entitled to an opinion here, there are no rights or wrongs in the game of speculation, there is only knowledge gained and gleaned from solid research and solid facts and Mr. Reid has provided much of that for us. Longs know it will take time, day traders and flippers will become impatient and leave us and others will filter in with their words of warning and dire predictions. I've got news for everyone. I highly doubt Mr. Reid is tossing and turning in bed, worrying if he can make us a three tenths of a penny in a day or bemoan that fact if we lose it. Instead, if I read my CEO's correctly, I am certain he is busy speaking with his new team and preparing to implement his vision and business plan, which is our business plan; and that my friends is what we should be solely focused on. The incredibly, undeniably intricate, well laid-out, well-articulated business plan for the future of our investments. The micro movements, at least to this old man are simply meaningless.

Level one was achieved. We now enter phase two. Our reemergence continues May 1st or thereabouts when we bring on our new team. We move to phase three and release Q1, and the beat goes on, along with the development of the company we support. I apologize for the long-winded diatribe, but I just wanted to put it into perspective for the doubters and naysayers. KMAG is here to stay and so are many of us who believe it will make us very wealthy men and women some day. By the way a little profit along the way doesn't hurt either. All my humble opinion.
