They are only adding 1.6 million to the float. The other 2.4 million that will be sold is already considered part of the float. The float is still very low in my opinion. Also, the selling will be from "time to time" meaning they will probably sell on high volume days, thus not affecting the pps...

I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I prefer Dos Equis..
