There is no way that Torvec or any company would make these abnormal manuevers without the guidance of the their legal counsel....In this case it appears that there was an independent counsel involved as well...

who knows for sure....we don't know what we don't know at this point...you appear to be connected somehow to the CXO guys based on your approach here...I guess we will all have to wait for the answers..
