I think what he was saying is the fear of the R/S is already reflected in the PPS. I think R/S is inevitable tbh. They should just get it over with already. I highly doubt there will be any news to push this above the dollar mark before July 30th comes. Even if there is news, will we stay above a dollar for 10 consecutive days? Unless a buyout occurs, which I doubt, they mine as well just go through with it. I'd rather they didn't do an R/S, but the last bit of news that pushed us above a dollar was the approval of Bio-T-Gel and we couldn't stay above a dollar for more than one day...so the likelihood is rather slim imo. I'll be in regardless.
