Okay...since the DTCC only deals with the brokerage and not the public, I would say it is now the brokerage's duty to inform their clients of whom at the company directed the shares to be removed. If the brokerage tells you they can't divulge the information....tell them that you intend on either taking the company to court, or THEM because if they cannot tell you who at the company gave the order you now assume they are lying and that they STOLE your shares.
