Ramsey, it is possible, I suppose, that AAPL has no intention of joining the TCG and they are going to do all of the development themselves. It wouldn't be the first time they have struck out on their own.

Imagine AAPL being a competitor to Wave in the software build for trusted computing. Not a competitor to Wave regarding deployment with Windows, but a competitor in the way that Wave does not get to deploy software with this competing OS. The negative impact to Wave is only a few billion dollars unless the MacOS takes off on the x86 platform...
