Something doesn't add up. Don't get me wrong. I'm in this since .0016 so. If and I know CHRI was through stage 2 of buyout. Why would HBRM need to uplist their status unless. If you read, CHRI agreed to buy up to 100% of the stock. That's up to, not 100%. What if this buy back is simply CHRI buying up 51% of HBRM.

Bottom line, why uplist if your in final stage of buyout???
