Bankruptcy might have been a scare tactic in the past,but its more real now than ever before. never before did the co. do a r/s with an increase in a/s, but now they did and have nothing to show for it. will matt ask for another r/s with an increase in a/s and if so would he get the votes for approval, i think not. the first r/s got us nowhere, why would he get another chance to ruin our investment. matt needs other ways for financing especially if they want to survive, but not on our dime. vote no to next r/s this time and make matt come up with the coin this time and not US!!!!!!
