My gut feeling and this is just a wild a** guess is that these are planned trades. Someone is willing to sell a certain number of shares to a few people at a certain price and they are taking their positions before they get the news out. That's just the feel of it to me. It doesn't feel like we have one seller simply selling into the buying. It feels much more like the insiders are taking their positions before things start to rev up.
