With the implication of law suit posted on the board by Mr. Atkinson I am sure the competent representation they speak of will be paid in shares as well. The writing is on the wall, this has been diluted to all hell. When I first decided to invest in Mr.Folgers vision there were 15 million shares in the float and the company was supposed to be growing organically from the cash flows. In their pitch to investors management touted they would earn 3X the average rent from non-profit organizations.Due to poor management and lack of foresight the company lost the properties.Here is an article from the local newspaper, not everyone who is new has seen this piece of DD.
