I agree with that statement 100%. Your expectations for where the stock should have gone, and where it should be now, coincide with mine exactly. The selling here has not been over the top. There haven't been any huge dumps, and the sells we have seen have been pretty small. The issue is the complete lack of buying on the ask side. It just does not add up to me. Honestly, since that PR about 2 months ago that inadvertently mentioned Brand E, the BIG buying, the kind of buying that makes people stop and go "hmmmm....that is kinda odd", has been missing. It seems as if we only have the IHUB RTGV regulars and those that buy after a PR making any sort of meaningful purchases.

What is even more odd is in the PR dated April 12, this was mentioned>>>A Share Purchase Agreement is being prepared and the details of the merger will be disclosed in due course.

Now to me, usually when a share purchase agreement is mentioned, that means either the stock will be taken up to a certain price to allow the merger to take place at a price equitable to both parties, or shares will be purchased by the merging company. Both take the stock up. Considering the stock currently sits lower than it did when the merger was announced last week, and considering where it was last week was already at the lower end of its range, that is VERY odd to me.

We really deserve an explanation as to why this is occurring. And I don't want to hear excuses like flippers, the otc market, impatience, etc. That isnt it. Every stock has that. What this stock does not have atm is buying to overcome it.
