Ok lets take that for what it is, that the deal is done. Then why is the stock still at .002? The only LOGICAL conclusion someone can come to is that Brand E is basically worthless, because RTGV can trade at .002 just fine on its own without Brand E. This merger was supposed to bring in shareholder value along with a revenue source. So far all it appears to be doing is.....nothing.
