Well that is what I am saying. If they agreed, and no LOI is needed, then sign the darn thing and release some details because right now no one believes this or if they do they think Brand E is junk. Because I can promise you if RTGV had announced a merger lets say with Spotify for example, this stock would be at 20 cents by now.

Something is not right here.
