SSHS is under a DTC Restriction

and is limited to CLOSING TRANSACTIONS ONLY, at most brokerage firms, and especially at TD-Ameritrade. You CANNOT simply phone a broker to purchase shares of SSHS, so why are you stating that people can?

"Thank you for your email. At this time SSHS is under DTC chill. When an issue is designated as DTC chill at DTCC it is not eligible for physical deposit or delivery through the DTC. This industry wide DTC "Chill" restriction prohibits a clearing firms', specifically TD Ameritrade's, ability to settle trades and prevents book entry deliveries. This restriction prohibits a clearing firm¿s ability to settle trades once their book entry holdings are depleted. If we are unable to settle our clients¿ trades the liability of the trade becomes TD Ameritrade's. So at this time only closing transactions are allowed on SSHS and there is not a set timeline for if/when the restriction will be removed. However, once the industry wide "DTC Chill" restriction is lifted TD Ameritrade will re-evaluate whether the issue will be allowed to be traded again.

At this point, the only recourse you have is to contact the investor relations department of the issuer if you would like more information."
