I guess if he wants to make a name for himself, he will explore all alternatives and even if there is a glimmer of hope of success, he will go for it...at least if he is hungry enough. You got to convince him that a case like that, even if he loses, is worth it strictly for the PR he will get. Little guy takes on the SEC for breaching their fiduciary responsibility...David vs Goliath...go for it...lol
