Not that anyone cares, but school started with an inservice day and another one tomorrow (BTW Inservice days are the biggest waste of my time and the taxpayers' money).

Because I was so bored, I working on a "what if" in my mind and I would appreciate any comments from the market savvy and industry savvy people.

1. What if the judge finds in favor of IDCC over NOK as far as the arbitration is concerned and NOK appeals the ruling;

1. Will the markets view this as good and push up the price, and if so, by very much?

2. I am assuming that the NOK thing is keeping others from signing. Will a IDCC win and a NOK appeal, continue to keep others from signing?

The 50-50-90 rule: Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong.
