In short and my opinion, there is no question that the battery plate is finished except for durabitily tests. That the battery plate is the battery, tested in tank solutions, and the casing with battery fluid is rudimentary addition later. That AS and AS's labs losing influence, sided AS with WM and forced LB to step down, thinking that WM would increase AS's labs influence. When WM couldn't, LB, WM and directors knocked AS's obstruction down and forced AS to resign. PWTC has the patent and technology rights though. But now LB wants his presidency and CEO jobs back. LB will hand over the plates to catella for durability testing if WM will step down and let LB handle everything from now on. Late comer WM wants the job now and is appealing to the SEC, AS wants back rent and other expenses and gone to court. The showdown hits the board meeting vote on Feb 12. Since the directors vote is tied 2 to 2 it will go to arbitration. But eventually the delay problems will be solved and the battery plate and development to manufacturing back on track.
All in my honest opinion.
