Some responses to some of the posts from yesterday:

Oris: You certainly are in the cat-bird seat. If you recall, however, my opinion of Balak has been lower than whale crap for many years now. Unfortunately, I am, make that WAS, in love with the stock and the technology -- both of which are now covered with patina where once a brilliant shine caught everyone's attention.

POB: Getting up the scratch for a lawyer might just be a whole lot more expensive than anyone thinks. Maybe a Private Detective would be more in order. I'll just BET there'd be some filth dredged up that begs to be shone the light of day. Jim Rockford, anyone?

Hotdogs: Yes, what I passed on certainly DID sound like Hasher. Hell, it came from him. Do I believe him? Yes, as a matter of fact, I do. Do I think that Wolf is doing a good job? School's still out on that one. I do know that he put in a helluva lot of effort on our (and his) behalf as a simple shareholder. His taking you to task for your digging a year or so back stung you then as it does now, I can understand that. If this ship was to actually lift-off the launching pad someday with him at the controls and make it all the way to -- say -- $5, you'd STILL be critical, Ray Charles could see that. As for his 3 month tenure as president, so far, no good. That one month hiatus that he took could end up being his downfall. The fox was in an unguarded henhouse all that time. I can't conceive of taking the reins of a troubled company then shagging-ass for a month. Bad timing, Wolf! BUT, he's been in the position for 3 months -- Balak was in there for close to 5 years -- which leads me to my next response;

logman & therooster: For five years, Balak has been blowing smoke up our asses. I would like either of you, or anyone else for that matter, to cite a single closed deal as a result of his efforts. When the plumes of smoke dissipate from around those dealings, there's nothing there. "The Great Balakini" might be more apropos for our illustrious ex-prez. Rooster, you're taking Balak's word over Alvin Snaper's?? Apparently the smoke is still being puffed. BCRI is the latest recipient of Balakini's magic act. I'll be much more impressed when that Montana get-together regarding the Joiner project happens and is witnessed by logman. I respect the fact that you guys are loyal to the man, but the proof is in the pudding. Snaper is an accomplished inventor with many solid, tangible products produced today as a result of his efforts. Balak is, IMO, an accomplished liar with an equal number of proveable lies to his credit. I see no reason to doubt the former.

Mr. Balak, IMO, has had his wings clipped and is feeling high-life withdrawal. When I posted some time back that he had been tooling around in a $150k Ferrari, I was wrong. the damned car was a $350k Ferrari -- all paid for by the company treasury. No, Balak hasn't sold a single share -- at least none that are in his name. Why would he have to? All of his expenses were being paid for by the company. Well, the lifestyle has been down-graded and, IMO, he's gonna do whatever he can to get it back. We, unfortunately, are the losers in this endeavour.
